When traveling to different countries, and trying to eat well, you may be confused by the absence of the US Food Pyramid.

Well, it's not copied in other countries, but the message is the same:
Canada has a rainbow, Israel a cup, Zimbabwe a square, Taiwan the plum blossom flower, pagodas for China and South Korea, plates for Australia and Great Britain, a diamond star for the Philippines and in Guatemala, a bean pot. The main difference is the inclusion of insects in some countries.

Enjoy healthy eating everywhere!
